An immaculate corporate event venue, Newrybar Downs is the perfect environment for your team to strategically plan for the year ahead, build morale and connect on a social level.

The epitome of decadent luxury, our villa is exquisitely decorated, curating a creative and productive workspace. With every detail meticulously considered, we offer a myriad of breakaway areas, both inside our spacious villa and throughout our picturesque estate.

With versatile meeting spaces, Newrybar Downs incorporates two pristinely-appointed sitting rooms, two inviting dining rooms, a tranquil outdoor pavilion and bountiful space across our 10 acres of verdant rainforest, curated lawns and lush tropical gardens.

A wonderful space to harness new ideas, cultivate relationships and inspire innovation, Newrybar Downs is perfect for your corporate workshop, specialist masterclass, intimate meeting or team-building activities. Also opportune for sophisticated product launches, our expansive property includes several locations that are ideal for accommodating your VIP guests. Each of our versatile meeting spaces are available by the hour, day or overnight.

Encompassing five luxurious bedrooms, four bathrooms and a powder room, Newrybar Downs can accommodate up to six individuals or four couples plus two individuals. We can also accommodate larger delegations of up to 20 individuals between our estate and Bangalow Guesthouse.

Opening the minds of your guests and encouraging creativity, our team can also arrange in-house trainers, luxury massage and beauty treatments, art lessons, pottery classes, yoga sessions and work/life nutritional balance guidance.

Sourcing only the very best premium, local organic produce, our Harvest partners would be delighted to provide an inhouse chef or private catering for you and your delegates. Steeped in rich history, our heritage guesthouse dates back to the early 1900s with each bedroom within the estate personalised to honour each preceding owner. Yours exclusively to use for your corporate meeting, small intimate work function or well-being retreat, we ensure that your Bangalow Guesthouse experience is incomparable.

An idyllic and intimate corporate event space, Bangalow Guesthouse provides a balanced ambience to encourage creativity, productivity and relaxation. A retreat where your every need is met and surpassed. We invite you to explore our grand estate for your next corporate function.

Accommodating eight couples or eight individuals, Bangalow Guesthouse features four luxe ensuite rooms within the main homestead and four private cottages. Superbly decorated each of our rooms open out onto a gabled deck, while our private cottages include a spacious verandah, connecting you with the resplendent outdoors where the soft country breeze clears your mind and lifts your soul. We can also accommodate larger delegations of up to 20 individuals between our property and Newrybar Downs.
