The Bangalow Guesthouse turned our dream wedding, into reality. It had everything we needed and so much more. From beautiful accommodation for the interstate family, to being able to have our ceremony and reception in the one place. I could go on and on. It was just perfect!
Sam and the team at Harvest did an exceptional job in helping us organise our last minute change of venue for our wedding day. Sam was so accommodating in helping our vision for our wedding day come to life and I had great confidence in her taking control so we could relax and enjoy our special day. Your calming presence, patience and attention to detail is exactly what we needed!
The venue looked absolutely stunning, our guests are still raving about the delicious food and the staff were so attentive in ensuring our glasses were always full.
It truly was the best day of our lives and I cannot recommend this venue enough!
We cannot wait to get back to Harvest to enjoy another amazing meal and say hello to Sam and the Harvest team!

Exceptional venue and outstanding hosts! Our daughter and son-in-law were recently married at Newrybar Downs in November 2019 and we found Pip, Greg and Jane to be incredibly accommodating hosts. The bridal party stayed the night before the wedding and thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious accommodation. The interior fit out is amazing as are the immaculately kept designed gardens and courtyards. It was ideal being able to stay at the venue and for the wedding party to step out to the ceremony under a beautiful glade of palms, drinks by the pool looking out over the long lawn and then a reception which was a long lunch held in the outside pavilion – all in one location. A dream spot for wedding photographs. Most of our guests were from NZ so they got to enjoy a bus ride through the Byron Bay hinterlands to arrive at a little slice of heaven.
Thanks very much Pip, Greg and Jane from our family for being so generous of heart, our families and friends made such wonderful memories that day celebrating Sigourney and Bodan’s wedding at your venue. We highly recommend this venue will definitely be back for a family vacation at Newrybar Downs.
